1. Check up every day for TMT unusual comparing the record of weighbridge.

2. TMT Dispatch supervisor.

3. Scrutinize the back papers of CL, CF, Waste, fly Ash-differences practical & paper. Also money matters to cashier.

4. Surprise check carried out at Four stores for receipt and dispatches weekly once to all stores.(SIDN,CPDN,SMD,RMD)

5. Scrutinizing the PO’s, GRN, RGP, NRGP, at respective department of purchase, store and main gate.

6. Surprise check carried out on iron ore, coal, dolomite vehicles for adulteration, vehicle seal perfection, driver’s abuses, and lab parameters during materials arrival to KIL.

7.Everyday patrolling once (Day,Night) in all sections to carry out papers scrutinizing at all gates, even for contract vehicle trip sheets labour attendance, vehicle movement checking, on duty security activities lapse on, Safety measures etc

8. Every week surprise check carried out on store stock materials or internal audit and also diesel & oil distributions.

9. Scrutinizing the labour attendance of contract workers through HR records and vetted for practical/physical strength once in a week.

10.Every Monday the OJT on vocabulary and inscription Developments to bring up the standards of VS Team.
