Data Analyst – TCS LTD. – NOV 2019 – PRESENT
● Working with Information Governance Data & Analytics team at USAA bank to analyze the data and provide effective solution using automation.
● Automation provides a simple User Interface wrapped around a series of complex backend processes, to provide monthly analysis of business/technical data so that the team can decide its future policies and plans accordingly.
● The Frontend User Interface uses Microsoft Access Tool and simple web pages
(designed using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
● The Backend processes utilize Flask, Hadoop, REST APIs and other Database Technologies like MS Access and MySQL.
● Backend Processes are hosted on a Linux server in a containerized environment using Docker.
● Developed functionality which will send automatic emails with attachments, to the end user, to achieve higher throughput and effectiveness in sensitive data remediation effort.
● Responsible for exploratory data analysis.
● Working on getting data from a Structured/Unstructured source and processing it in presentable formatted way.

● Designed and developed customer service post call Analysis application using Flask and AWS services (Lambda, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, EC2, ECR, CodeCommit).

● Designed and developed a large-scale chat bot to enable students to interact with course materials. This was integrated with CSU’s LMS (Blackboard LEARN)

● Chat bot was designed using NLP techniques like sentence similarity and information retrieval and deployed using a microservice based architecture with Dialogflow.ai’s API

● Developed online web application which runs user’s code on backend in a secure and isolated environment.
● Developed back-end modules with Python on Flask Web Framework.
● Created multiple Docker containers for Flask app, database and runner (which is responsible to create another isolated container that runs students code and gets it’s result back).
● Used SQLAlchemy as a mapper between Flask and MySQL database.
● Used Python RQ(Redis Queue) to send user’s code from Flask app to runner.
