Perform and witness UT, MPI, LPI, VT.

Review fabrication/erection, documents and work quality in terms of specification, workmanship and other variables as indicated in the above-mentioned documents as per requirements of QC standard operating procedure and client’s specification.

Conduct fit-up and visual inspection of all piping and welding works from piping pre-fabrication to field installation.

Prepare and schedule required NDT request including, for visually accepted joints to cope up with the NDT percentage requirements per line class including welder’s performance percentage.

Familiarize with Approved Drawings, Governing Standards and Specifications.

Conducting Welders Qualification Tests.

Supervision of QA/QC activities related to Structural, HVAC, Equipment, Piping and Civil.

Job Responsibilities

Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan(ITP)

Ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per inspection plan / drawings / codes & specifications.

Material receiving inspection and documentation.

Preparing inspection request as per Inspection and Test Plan

Coordination with client inspector for inspection.

Line checking, mechanical and QC clearance of hydro test packages.

Perform line checking/prepare and check official test pack prior to release for hydro testing by ensuring that all welding inspection and NDT activities affecting the quality of welds contained in each piping spools of an isometric have been completed and accepted.
