• We created parametric (trim and sheet metal) parts from non-parametric input model.

• Designed structures, by giving required stiffener, Ribs along the body to achieve required strength.

• Generated drawings for components and welded sub-assemblies.

• For the completion of Pre-Production phase of the machine, Design modifications were done, Dummy part numbers were to be replaced with Standard part numbers, drawings were to be updated.

• Updated the CAD model as per the new requirements.

• Generated new part drawings and welded drawings for all sheet metal Components and its assemblies.

• Using the old reference make the parts and sub-assemblies of the cabin.

• Data management of this aggregate in PLM & PDM.

• We provided the little extra thickness for the chassis parts for strong base.
