Working in the capacity of Head of Branch Accounts Operation including Dealers accounts operation as well.

Authorizing all type of vouchers like JVs/CVs/PVs/BVs/ Discount Notes / Debit Credit notes.

Responsible for all the insurance matters of entire region including group life and health / vehicles / stock / cash etc.

Authorize and process the entire region all payroll related transaction including annual increment process.

Coordinate with the IT Department for incorporation of new Accounts related changes as and when required.

Verifying the Monthly / Quarterly/ Annual tax deduction against payments of suppliers / salary of employees.

Also coordinate with the CFO on all accounts issues and tax matters for smooth running of operation.

Verifying the monthly / quarterly / biannually /annually reports received from branches and generating the consolidated reports for management as well.

Working as internal Auditor as well for this visiting the branches and audit the accounts on regular basis.
