To supervise and inspection of Welding, Pre-heat and Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.

To prepare QA/QC procedures for various clients; coordinated for all destructive and non- destructive testing at various sites for different clients.

Witness of Mechanical Testing of Samples, Tensile Test, Bend Test, Impact Test (Charpy V- notch), Brinell Hardness Test, Macro Samples.

Company Profile: Hypro is ISO 9001:2015 certified company along with ASME U stamp certification. Hypro provides a wide range of products for Industrial Brewery, Microbrewery by manufacturing pressure vessels & heat exchangers.

Responsibilities:

Fit Up Inspection of longitudinal & Circumferential Weld Joints, Dish end, (Pressure Vessel/ Piping), Nozzles, Reinforcement pads, Tube Bundle components such as Tube Sheet, Tube, Tie Rods, Baffles.

Material receiving inspection like Plate, Flanges, Pipe, Beam& Column, Channel, Welding Consumable, etc.

Inspection activities with respect to Material Identification, Stage Inspection, Hydro/pneumatic Test, Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT).

To prepare QAP, Quality procedures & taking approval from customer.

To prepare raw material inspection reports, stage inspection reports like Fit-up/dimensional reports, heat chart, hydro/pneumatic reports, Blasting/Painting reports etc., & Compliance report.

Review & ensure that appropriate consumables were distributed to welders.

Co-ordination with customers & all third party inspectors like TUV/ DNV/AI.

To monitor storing, baking and holding of consumables in store.

Helping welders and shop engineers to reduce the weld defects and to reduce the defect level.

Estimation of welding consumable as per requirement.

Lead, develop and mentor the Quality team.
