Operate PLC Based programming CNC machine

As per sequence we planned total production for the day.

As per control plan we make first piece and match with template or master piece.

If there is soft gasket then we check it from pin gauge and if it is steel gasket then we check it with master piece or fixture.

After the end of one lot of same part we make last piece for running that tool continuously for next lot.

As per material we choose the PVC bed for making the products.

Programming Upload for every new part.

As per schedule of part no. and quantity we order the material.

We create new programme if any new development part comes.

As per Customer requirement we create new program and upload. And we make one master piece for quality purpose.

Monitoring Final Quality of Products

If any emergency of any product then immediately we make plan for that emergency condition.

I worked as a team lead for Hydraulic PLC machine (Sysco) line.

I operated 400 Ton Hydraulic machine for flattening the gasket.

Design Quality Plan / Control Plan & SOP (Standard operating procedures) of products.
