Training for the Trainers- was ensured by TD and separate classes used to be arranged & Instructors were sent out side for better training

Skilled trainings on different trades & driving were imparted to make each participant professional

To impart proper training, training aids were used

Students from Army, RAB, Ansar & VDP and Public Service Commission etc. used to participate in Driving Training program & TD himself used to take classes along with other Instructors

Supervised the regular plant operation as per planning

Used to plan the work force requirement as preproduction schedule

Organized technical trade training to produce expert artisan

Planned and conducted Preventive maintenance program

Provisioning & procurement of raw materials, spares, tools, machines etc. of about $ 225M budget each month used to carry over satisfactorily
