Projects:
Project 1: IOT BASED SMART WEATHER MONITORING SYSTEM. Description: Developed a real time weather monitoring system using TIVIA C SERIES TM4C123GH6PM Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex M4 Processor in which Device can continuously monitor the weather parameters like Temp & Humidity using DHT11 Sensor, Displayed on LCD and updated into Kernel Masters Database using WIFI Module during training at Kernel Masters, Hyderabad. Project 2: AUTOMATIC STAMPING PROCESSING UNIT
Description: In this project we using PLC-S7 300 controller, sensor, shaft motor digital display, convoy belt, selector switch,pneumatic, compressor and software like TIA portal, SCADA. I design an assembly line where one block of object move on convoy belt and detect by sensor in certain position after 10 sec. count on display in digital screen, double acting cylinder valve top of that object were we attach stamping component. instantly come downward (pneumatic pressure) and stamped on that object from top of the side. and again, conveyer started and again process going on for next object.
