Nature Of Job :

Working in Production Department (Final Product Assembly) and perform following responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily going attend the morning meeting with all staff.

Provide on the job training to new jonnies.

Responsible for daily manpower utilization, floor stock, defect occur during assembly.

Functional area for responsibility is check incoming material in assembly line, torque audit OEE calculation, maintain DPR .

Proficient in trouble shooting in production break downs.

Access & Arrange manpower for the activities.

Responsible for identify & rectify assembly defects, quality defects & find root cause for the defects against taking corrective action.

Create new OPL & check points for new products & implementation & then in assembly line .

Cycle time reduced through simple kaizen & off loading the sub assembly or product.

SKILLS

Manpower handling, line balancing, Motion loss study, TPM awareness, KANBAN, JIT, 7QC Tools, OHSAS18001, KAIZEN & 5 S, Pokayoke system.

Three year Diploma in Electronics Engg. From Govt. Polytechnic Thalnadi (U.B.T.E.R.) (Pauri Gharhwal) with 64.84%. (2008)

High school passed from U.A. Board in year 2003 with IInd Division

Two weeks training in BEL. Kotdwara.

One month training in BEL. Kotdwara.
