Worked at SAMFIRE SERVICES offshore (MUMBAI) as Mechanical Technician in the period of August 2016 to November 2018.

Worked at LLOYD s Koodankulam Nuclear Power project as Mechanical Technician in the period of Dec 2018 to Till Work

Daily check up of lube oil, coolant water, and check up of all wire ropes, oil cooling and oil pump operation air compressor and starter, Hydraulic rotating motor, Valves, Oil pipe lines maintenance, Limit switch, Hydraulic tank and hydraulic oil filter, Cranes maintenance.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS:

Experienced in maintenance of single stage pump and multi stage pumps. Experience in assembling and dismantling of pumps, cooling water pumps, Replacing Seal, packing, etc.

RECIPROCATING PUMPS:

Experience in maintenance of plunger & Piston pumps, chemical dosing pumps, Methanol Injection pump, etc. Experience in assembling and dismantling of pumps.

ROTARY PUMPS:

Experience in maintenance of Gear pumps. Screw pumps and Vane pump, etc.

MECHANICAL SEALS:

Make like seal oil, durametric, jhone crane etc. worked all types of seals including single, double and single spring, multi-spring bellow type and proper rectification of the same.

Maintenance for Reciprocating Screw, Centrificual Single & Multi Stage Compressors.

Have a good knowledge of checking, dismantling, service, cleaning, alignment setting of pulleys, bearing, valves, piston rings, pistons, cylinders, cylinder liners, connecting rods, small end bush, big end bush, crank shaft, oil pumps, oil strainers, oil filter, VLD piston, housing, O rings, suction strainers, etc.

Dismantling, servicing, alignment setting, checking of clearance, set new clearance of male & female screws gear setting, main bearing, oil separators, safety devices, oil coolers & oil filter cleaning.

The direction and the rotating of the compressor inlet of the connections cooling of the compressor body adjustment. The clearance of the between impeller and cone, starting up stuffing box, Axial adjustment. Mechanical seal testing bearing checking, lubrication system, and Hi-speed gear box setting, Safety control & etc.

Service and inspection of all types of valves like gate valve, globe valve, Ball valve, NRV, Butterfly valves and automatic pneumatic valve.

Gas turbine is a rotor dynamic mechanic; it converts the heat energy into mechanical energy. The mechanical energy developed by a turbine is used to run an electrical generator; the electric power generator in this way is called hydroelectric power.

Working and Operational Knowledge: Maintenance of the Gas turbine generator, preventive maintenance lube oil checking, oil filter changing, air inlet filter cleaning, exhaust bellow cover changing, water flushing cleaning and good housekeeping.

H2S Safety, Fire safety, fire Extinguisher (Foam, DCP & CO2) using in fire classification, fusible plug operation, deluge valve operation, fire-water pump operation. Breathing Apparatus, Life Jacket, and Gas detector. Smoke detector, heat detector operation, H2S detection, fixed monitoring system, electronic monitors.

In brief I have a good knowledge and working experience of all air compressors and gas compressors like reciprocating type, centrifugal type and screw type compressors
