Company Profile: - Mikuni Corporation is a Japanese carburettor manufacturing company. Their business activities are focused on G3 throttle body, Fuel Pump, Carburettors, dsv, Plastic Intake Manifold and VVT. Mikuni founded in 1923. In India its start operation in 2009. The valuable customers are YAMAHA, HONDA, TVS, SUZUKI, MARUTI, HERO, and VOLVO.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

PRODUCTION PLANNING & SCHEDULE ADHERENCE: -

Responsible to achieve production targets as per PPC plan.

Jig change of press fit machines and To control jig change time(changeover time)

To ensure product quality as per standard by conducting In-process inspection.

Inspections of product at various stages & Maintain the record of inspections results.

Responsible for maintain systems like FIFO, 4M, STOP-CALL-WAIT, ABNORMALITY HANDLING & 5’S management inside the Work place.

IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT: -

Implement the KAIZENS to improve P, Q, C, D, M, S pillars of shop.

DEFECT ANALYSIS: -

Daily defect analysis through 3-G with CFT Team and applying the counter measures to the problems by using 7-QC TOOLS, WHY-WHY Analysis.

TRAININGS AND EDUCATION: -

Identification the need of training for Multiskilling & Provide training to new associates for level-up.

Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner

VISUAL MANAGEMENT: -

Preparations of one-point Lessons (OPL), Work Instruction (WI), Part Matrix & final inspection sheet to develop the visual controls on the Line.

Develop or update SOP’s and best practices for production operation.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM: -

Role model of Morning & Closing Meeting with associates for regular Production Activities.

Responsible for maintaining monthly reports OEE, Production plan vs actual, CAPA, 4M.

DOCUMENTATION: -

Prepared and update the Assembly related documents like 3 step WI, Setup instruction sheets, Cp & Cpk, 4M changes data and rejection data.

Daily Update 4M change check sheet on Performance Board.

Daily update of KPI, production, & defect monitoring board.
