Notable

One of the first things that I did as Inventory Manager was subscribe to vAuto to help manage and price our inventory.

I created many reports that analyzed our current inventory based on historical sales data. Here is a typical report that assigned a buying grade for each vehicle based on gross profit and average turn time. Click Here I was in the process of developing comprehensive auto-pricing and repricing software for our inventory of over 6,000 vehicles. My goal was to first of all standardize our new car pricing. Then I wanted to automatically reprice unsold vehicles. It used our own sales data combined with vAuto market data. Click on links to view to different parts of the module. Click here I was in the process of developing a buying tool for our simulcast buyers. It was similar to the Stockwave windows that gives vehicle data but pertained to our own historical data for each auction vehicle.
