1.Total control of all construction associated with the project area allocated, scheduling works such that the contracted end dates are achieved. Having direct control of all Project Teams.
2.Co-ordinate with the other senior project staff on issues of Interface and the direct and nominated subcontractors on issues relating to progress, access, interface and completion dates.
