GE Healthcare provides flat panel glass digital X-Ray detector manufacturing facility for healthcare technology.

04/2015 to 02/2020 – PURCHASING MANAGEMENT

Managed the site for all purchasing, vendor updates and support vendors on open issues with their accounts. Coordinate with the site Managers and Engineers on any logistical issues on orders.

On average, over three hundred requisitions in a quarterly average handling $2,00,000.00 to $3,000,000.00 in orders.

Support the facility with procurement of services and equipment through Oracle and SSP purchasing system.

Support the site with vendor additions to SSP, ERP payment issues that arise, and any vendor information updates to their SSP accounts. Maintain and organize site wide expenditures. Working with Sourcing to negotiate vendor terms. Facilitate accounts receivable and accounts payable.

04/2015 to 02/2020 – CALIBRATION COORDINATOR

Utilize knowledge of development and maintenance to validate calibration to Standard Operating Procedures.

Work with the quality assurance and engineering teams to review and close Out of Tolerance Notifications. Manufacturing and Quality for the return of non-compliant material including root cause analysis, rework tracking and design changes. Maintain and update the site’s calibration database in Infor Eam. Maintain and overlook average of three thousand assets on-site.

Recruited through the division of Yoh Engineering to assist the Quality Department at GE Global Research.

Performed review of Manufacturing Device History Records for medical components.

Daily responsibilities included inspecting and analyzing materials and maintaining an accurate database and filing system. Conducted inspection of incoming materials to ensure they met Quality requirements.
