Primary responsibilities included being the only Engineer for two months on the Project Transition Team to set-up the Engineering Department comprised of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers and Architect. PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR – DIEGO GARCIA BOSS CONTRACT (APR 2019 – MAY 2020) Primary responsibilities included being the overall in charge of the Engineering, Maintenance and Repair, Utilities, and Transportation Program for the $62 Million Base Operating Support Services (BOSS) Contract at Navy Support Facilituy Doiego Garcia in the British Indian Ocean Territory.

PROJECT MANAGER – TYNDALL HMR (NOV 2018 – MAR 2019) Primary responsibilities includes the on-site project manager of all Huricane Michael recovery work with an estimated budget of $290M. Restoration work includes the execution of all hurricane damage repairs to buildings, facilities and infrastructures at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. Contract Task Order work includes the removal of all debris material (organic, metal and C&D), permanent repair scopes of work to approximately 55 buildings and anther 200+ buildings of varying work to include temporary exterior buiding envelope dry-in, mold remediation and build-back. Additionally tasked to recover all Air Force assests at the Research and Development site that were washed away from their building complex into the wooded area north their compound.

(EMS) connections, fire alarm, reporting systems, mass notification systems and AT/FP.

7613 Grigade Headquarters, Fort Riley, KS – (MATOC USACE Kansas City District - $13,542,000.00) This 40,100sf project is a standard design Brigade Headquarters with classrooms.

Physical Fitness Facility, Fort Riley, KS – (MATOC USACE Kansas City District - $11,660,000.00) This LEED silver design-build project consists of a 45,234sf fitness center. The facility includes: basketball courts; free weight area; circuit area; climbing wall; jogging track; sauna; combatives training room and mission essential exercise room.

Brigade Headquarters and In-Processing Facility, Fort Bragg, NC – (MATOC USACE Savannah District -

$13,331,000.00) This project consists of converting an existing building into a Brigade Headquarters as well as constructing an addition to include a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
