Hybris upgrade to 1808: Upgraded SAP Hybris platform from 5.7 to 6.8 version
PCI DSS Compliance Certification: Shoppers Stop wanted to achieve PCI DSS compliance. This required change in the Checkout process for both the Mobile App and Website. The timely completion of the project well in advance as planned helped the company achieve PCI Compliance Certification at the said timelines
Mobile Revamp: Mobile Application for ShoppersStop.com was revamped with a team size of 19 plus developers/QA and released with no major defects. This implementation led to an improved conversion rate
Motivated and lead the team by example to meet tight deadline in spite of odds being not in favor in this project
Checkout Project: Revamped the checkout flows on website, m-site and mobile apps with improved conversion rates by over 30% on web and m-site; and 23% on mobile app
Sterling- Amazon: Amazon EDI integration for Shoppers Stop Production Support Manager (Sr. Assistant Manager) Apr 2015 – Mar 2017
Managed Shoppers Stop Ecommerce transition from Magento to SAP Hybris
Ideated and rolled out JIRA based Helpdesk/service desk for customer support in new SAP Hybris Ecommerce system, and saved cost of $4500K pm
Reformed the existing process to speed up response and issue resolution which improved customer satisfaction
Co-ordinate with different business teams and triage the respective defects on production support and oversee the delivery
Met lower SLAs for customer issue resolutions

Implementation of digital application across stores, iCatalogue Application which was one of the innovative project of Shoppers Stop. This application was a platform to present an interactive, comprehensive digital catalogue of various Home Stop concepts & products on mobile device (iPad) to the customers. Handled end to end implementation of this project including the launch and training to the store executives
