From September 2018 till Now: Working at Abed el Kader Kamareddine and partners for trading and investment company – Accountant and Stock Manager

Data entry (post journal entries to ensure transactions),

Invoicing daily all sales (day by day),

Prepare every three months all statement of accounts for our clients to ensure all payments, compare with them and deal with them,

Evaluated the customers’ needs and provided service options to meet their requirements.

Bank reconciliation monthly,

Prepare monthly reports (about all cash sales, profit from each cash van sale in addition to reports about whole sales and profits),

Manage stock daily (by reviewing with the responsible of the warehouse daily of selective products to ensure all the stock activity and check all products expiry dates with him each time we received orders from suppliers...),

Archiving vouchers weekly by ensuring all data and checking all entries,

Preparing all taxes statement to present them to the ministry of finance,

Fulfilled administrative duties, including: completing and filing paperwork, directing a multi-line phone, setting appointments and resolving customers’ problems.

From March 2017 to Aug 2017: Internship in accounting at Rouwad Al Houkouk (NGO) – Badaro/Beirut

Complete all data entry daily,

Plan Daily what to do of tasks in the NGO,

Participate in meetings and plan for events,

Prepare reports every month for the UNHCR and NOWEGIAN that Refund and support us to complete our works and projects in the NGO,
