Job Responsibilities:
Handling Educational ERP to maintain all the data related with the students and employees. Conduction and Coordinating various academic meeting like BOS, Area Advisory, Academic Council, Faculty Research Committee. Preparing Agenda & MOM. Responsible for the arrangement of various academic as well as non-academic meeting and coordinating with all the Director of the institutes. Providing and preparing various reports for the University IQAC related with the NAAC accreditation/re-accreditation and coordinating with the Quality department of the university Coordinating and organizing various academic (Guest Lectures, Seminars, Conferences) & nonacademic events (Convocations,, Sports Day, Annual Fest, Fresher Party etc) of the University. Responsibilities include management of administrative area ranging from facility management, logistics, housekeeping, building maintenance, vendor Management etc. Handling day to day activities of the University and work closely with Head of the Institutes, Department Heads and serves as a SPOC of any administrative & academic related activity. Act as a liaison between the students, faculty, staff, university leadership, university offices, and external interests.

* Aug 2007 to June 2017 – Worked as Assistant Registrar in Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Mathura (Sharda Group of Institution, Agra). Job Responsibilities:
Working on Educational ERP (SIM) to maintain all the data related with employee and the students and providing various reports to the management time to time. Coordinating with COE for proper conduction of examination. Supervise seating plan for the university examination, ensure availability of all the materials required for the examinations, issuing admit cards to the students. Responsible for maintenance of all the vehicles of the college with the help of Supervisor. Managing transport scheduling and route management with the help of transport supervisor. Responsible for issuing vehicle for staff and faculty members as per availability. Serve as Contact person for all queries regarding transport for the students as well as staff members. Coordinating in organizing all the Co-Curricular and Extra Curricular activities in the college. Additional responsibilities of solving Hostel students problems in consultation with Chief Warden Monitors the human, financial and technological resources that support the daily operations of the Registrar’s Office in consultation with the Registrar and senior office staff.
