PROFILE
I am an experienced supervisor in the cleaning and housekeeping environment. I am a flexible, motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standard of work. I am an excellent team worker and also able to work individually. I am seeking employment which will allow development, growth and make use of my existing skills. Supervised a team of 13 members in cleaning and a team of 9 housekeepers (training, inspections).
Promoted within 7 months due to strong performance and organizational impact – ahead of schedule by 6 months. Started the monthly staff trainings in reminding them what is expected from them by the company and the client. It increased the workers performance from 20% to 70% in 3months time.

Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Colosseum Hotel Jun – Oct 2019 Demonstrated big changes with a team by deliver the best possible standard of clearness and hygiene. The number of clients laying complaints decreased from 5+ per day to 1 or none in a space of 1 month.

Assisting staff members with basic HR duties (leave applications, bank account change, etc.)
Drafted a chart on how to distribute the job among housekeepers which reduced time spent in cleaning 1 room from 45mins to 20 -30mins per room.
Influenced housekeepers with the importance of team work, helping each other with the cleaning of agent rooms on the busy dates which helped use to clean 10+ rooms instead of 6 or less rooms in 2-3 hours.
