GE – Value Engineering, Product Cost Out December 2020 – Present facilitate cross functional ideation sessions focused on finding waste within all Gas Power value streams. Identify viable projects and manage these to “Money Step” to ensure maximum benefit for the company. Overall team goal is $300MM of bottom line product cost removal in 1 year. GE – Process Engineer/Manager Investment Castings March 2019 – December 2020 Develop new processes for the “Post Cast” area and bring existing ones to a mature production level. Primary focus on developing processes with a lean mindset, secondary focus on continuous improvement of older actions. Also, manage 2 shifts of hourly workers executing those processes that I designed Philips Medical – Area Manager, Manufacturing Tech April 2017 – March 2019 Manage the tool room machine and fabrication shops. Focus on driving improvement projects to completion across the shop and maintaining existing tooling. Also, manage the machine repair group.
