Final Year project- Synthesis and characterization of Mn doped ZnS/ZnO inverted core/shell

Zns:Mn/ZnO inverted core shell quantum dots had been synthesized using a wet chemical method.Both

synthesization and characterization is carried out.

This Project main aim is to find the Electrons in Zns/Zno To use this in Devices.It has been found that the ZnSMn forms the core and the ZnO forms the shell structure from XRD and TEM Studies. ZnS forms Cubical structure while ZnO forms. This will surely lead to enhancement of UV excitonic emission which can be used for device applications. PROJECT AT KERNEL MASTERS:
