Develop and implement registration policies and standard operating procedures for all PILS projects in accordance with DHS policies and procedures. Develop outreach communications for TCH PILS. Develop original content based on trending topics that are identified with OSE (e.g. technology scouting, Operational Experimentation (OpEx), transition, technology centers, ORA, etc.) and previous attendee input.
