SUPERINTENDENT
OFFSHOREINLAND – MOBILE, AL
First and foremost, put safety above all. Maintained constant professional communications with clients regarding on-going and future work scopes. Worked out logistics of personnel and equipment to job sites whether they be offshore or on land. Procured materials and made sure crews had the proper materials for scope of work. Verified the man hour percentages versus job completion percentages matched according to schedule (not only important for money purposes, but for client scheduling as well). Prepared reports for project management bi-weekly, so they were kept in the loop as to job completion and costs. Performed regular appearances and walked throughout the jobs to make sure scope of work was going as planned as well as helped come up with solutions to any problems. Met with the clients to build a personal and professional work relationship, helping gain future work. Scheduled training classes for personnel (not only required training, but training that would help them move up within the company).

Held daily pre-job safety meetings. If there were any third-party representatives involved for inspections or any other aspect of the job, set scheduling through project management.
