●My adaptability was an asset as I could quickly transition to different roles during a shift.
December 2015 - August 2016
Kroger Carytown - Customer Service
●I started out as a cashier, but I was quickly promoted to customer service. I was also trained as a supervisor and occasionally filled this role, but it was more often necessary for me to work at the customer service desk.
●At the service desk I would assist customers, handle returns and exchanges, and manage our multi-line phone system. At the end of a shift it would be my responsibility to organize receipts and documents as well as emptying registers and depositing cash in our safe.
