Management & Supervision
While working for Atz Ice Cream, Seyferts Potato Chips, and East-Side Deli, I was promoted rapidly from a Route Driver to manager who trained other route drivers and met all sales goals. I met with buyers and owners to sell and set up promotions for branded and private labels. I believe my hard work and ethics allowed me to move rapidly to these positions. I am a fast learner. Customer service skills are superior. I would describe myself as a professional and fast-learner. During my employment with Shannon Enterprises, I increased sales annually. Worked with Contractors, Military Bases, and Distributors to continually increase sales and build a pipe line. I am a great team motivator.
Employment History
Shannon Enterprises: 2014-2018: Regional Sales Manager, effectively manage 12 states and managed 50 plus Distributor Representatives. Increased sales annually. Located and identified areas to save energy by utilizing Insulated Removable and Reusable Blankets. Produced energy surveys and RFQ’s. When required, would Project manage. Extensive travel. During employment I covered 12 states in the southeast, calling on numerous hospitals, colleges, institutions, commercial, industrial and processing sites including government and military locations. The product was an energy savings opportunity with lifetime payback. This would include all phases of energy saving products, energy conservation methods and personal safety. I increased annual sales by the thousands which would include my last year being record year for Southeast closing a $500k plus project at Arnolds Airforce Base in Tennessee. Also just closed a $300K project at Ft Ruckers Airforce base in Alabama. During my time with Shannon, I educated myself in the field of sustainability and the need to look at long term paybacks and lifecycle of investments.
