In addition to my account duties, I also contributed to the agency success by utilizing my extensive planning, hands-on ability and production experience to jump in and manage specific programs when needed Marketing Manager (Contract), CBS Interactive, San Francisco, CA, 3/18 – 7/18 As a freelance consultant, I produced 2 branded activations for Gamespot at E3, one of the largest gaming conferencesof the year. I collaborated closely with sales leadership to build and execute a multi-pronged sales enablement program aimed at maintaining key relationships, creating new sales opportunities and positioning Gamespot as the prominent media organization in the industry.

● Gamespot Sales Program – This business development program was targeted at existing partners and clients, consisting of a specific agenda designed to provide networkingopportunities and give clients an insider look at the conference through behind the scenes access, special talks from industry players and Gamespot editors and exclusive networking opportunities.

● Gamespot VIP Party - Gamespot hosted an after-hours industry party on the rooftop pool deck at the Standard Hotel in downtown LA. The private, Miami Vice-themed party featured industry heavyweights, celebrities, gaming professionals and many other VIPs, was considered a can't miss for attendees and is an event that attendees look forward to year after year. I was responsible for the overall event design, look and feel, flow, invitations and registration, food and beverage and the overall management of all the moving parts,including a last minute integration of Dr. Pepper that threatened to disrupt the event aesthetic but ended up being a great addition. Program Director, Facebook Meetings and Events (Contract), Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Menlo Park, CA, 8/15 – 7/17 As an embedded resource on the Facebook campus in the heart of Silicon Valley, I worked collaborativelywith Facebook internal stakeholders to build an event services program that provided resources and support for employees charged with planning company meetings, recruiting events, networking functions, internal employee activations and other face to face programs, generating over $500,000 in the first 14 months of the program. My consulting role consisted of twofunctions:

● Program Development - Partnered with key players from CWT, Facebook finance and internal event planners to develop an overall program structure, build internal processes within the Facebook finance org, set pricing and launch the service to Facebook’s global organization.

● Program Management - Oversaw business development, scope of services and contracting and managed a teamof planners to deliver requested services. I provided strategic sourcing and other ad-hoc event services and served as the POC on the Menlo Park campus for those interested in using us as a resource Executive Meeting Project Manager (Contract), Electronic Arts, Redwood Shores, CA, 11/14 – 1/15 Collaborated with the LEAP team (Learning, Engagement and Performance), I headed up the Strategic Alignment Meeting for 20 of EA's top global, executive leaders. I was responsiblefor producing the off-site, creating a Shark Tank theme for the meeting, developing the agenda, determining content and managing overall planning and production for this key executive retreat in late January 2015.

Event Producer – Dreamforce ’14 (Contract), George P. Johnson Experience Marketing, San Carlos, CA, 7/14 – 11/14 Consulted with Salesforce Foundation, Customer Success and Salesforce University teams to develop event strategy, theme and tactics for Dreamforce 2014. Facilitated ideation meetings, workflow management and overall event execution, including development of layouts, production timeline, run ofshow documents and managing a $1 million+ budget. Executive Producer, YouTube United (Contract), MKTG, Inc., San Francisco, CA, 2/14 – 7/14 Worked with client on event ideation and event design, oversaw planning and managed the timeline for the first ever YouTube Global Content Summit. Collaborated with agency team members and YouTube client to bring this key strategic gathering to life. Event & Field Marketing Manager (Contract), Salesforce.com Foundation, San Francisco, CA, 6/13 – 2/14 Consulted and managed planning for the Salesforce Foundation Zone at Dreamforce 2013. Managed an event budget of over

$300,000, led weekly team meetings, worked with production agency and other resources to deliver the vision and experience of the Foundation Zone. Managed integration into the regional Customer Company Tour, the Higher Education Summit and Educause.

Tour Manager (Contract), State Farm, Pleasanton, CA, 3/13 – 10/13 Planned and executed lead generation promotion for State Farm at Oakland A’s, San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, San Jose Sharks and other Bay Area sporting events. I oversaw tactical execution of the program, hired and trained Brand Ambassadors and ensured they were communicating the right branded messaging to consumers. Provided on-site leadership, partnered with local State Farm reps and reported back to client management on key metrics.
