Responsibilities:

Processing:

* Preparing all AP/GL vouchers with proper codification for entry in systems

* Checking vendor bills and making payments within specified time schedule as per approvals, contract and instruction.

* Reconciliation of creditors list on monthly basis and coordinating with vendors when required.

* Managing (pick-up & retrieval) all office documents with record management service provider – CROWN WORLDWIDE

* Deduction of tax and sending the same report to Fin. Dept. for statutory payment

* Looking after the daily office stationeries & groceries / renewal of AMC for office equipment / dealing with new vendors for proper quotation and processing of vendor code activation.

* Helping and co-ordinating the team in internal and external audit for regional office

Cash Bank And Daily Activities:

* Depositing cheques and cash in bank after checking in system

* Disbursing cash on daily basis / tallying the cash book with systems and ensuring entries are done on every day basis.

* Liaison with bank in respect of bank guarantee and other remittance monitoring current account closely.

* Sending the Daily Collection Report (DCR) / Daily Deposit Report (DDR) / Cash Summary / Bank Payment File to HO for East region

* Checking Sea / Air remittance in AGRANI (FOS)

* Coordinating and following up with customers for payment also.

* Preparing and submission of reports as required by Regional Commercial Manager.

Statutory Compliance:

* Deducting TDS from vendor invoices as per IT rules and confirming the report to HO for depositing the same .

* Depositing ESIC/PTAX/LWF within specified time every month and reconcile the ledger with the system.

* Yearly renewal of Trade License/P Tax for the regional office

Airlines Compliance:

* Preparing and submitting Cargo Sales Report (CSR) fortnightly to airlines.

* Preparing and submitting airlines payment vide cheques/NEFT/RTGS to airlines as per deadline set by IATA. And sending the same report to HO.

* Generating Service Tax invoices on airlines and following-up with them for the payment.
