• Collaborating with physicians to implement Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to improve patient care daily

• Performing Comprehensive Medication Therapy Management by reviewing 100 patient records monthly using a problem-oriented framework to determine the clinical status of the patient.

• Counseling patients on potential drug interactions and side effects

• Analyzing, prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and prevent excessive usage.
