August 2016 to November 2020

Handling of Specialized Investors which included FHLMC and FNMA & FHA and VA loans where foreclosure sales needed to be reported within 24 hours of the sale to the investors.

Daily review of Loan Inventory regarding progress of foreclosure and keeping investors updated on the status.

Handling the of the weekly Escalations calls with Investor Liaison, Investors Relations department and all the other stakeholders in the process to analyze the delays and issues faced and resolve them and creating guidelines and process improvements.

Have worked on Specialized Investor Loans Project which is a case study on the loans where delays and issues were and are being faced. A continuous process which needed deep analysis of the situation and issues faced during the foreclosure process and coming up with checks and guidelines to follow for present and future process improvement.

Have worked on exclusively on the 3rd funds process for FHLMC, where properties sold to 3rd party buyer during foreclosure and the funds were to be remitted to FHLMC. Created reports and reviewed those specific loans for weeks till the funds were received and remitted to FHLMC.

Have worked in funds reversals and suspense funds application with the Cashiering team. Funds reversal requests received and appropriate reversals of funds on loans and re-application of funds. Suspense funds application and fees and charges reversal or application depending on the request.

Preparing of agenda weekly discussing various issues and finding solutions over the meetings/ calls with the management to streamline the process and coming up with new and improved ways solve issues.

* Project Handling.

* Matured Loans Review Project was a project I worked on where loans that had crossed their maturity dates but still were in foreclosure due to certain state specific or loan specific holds. The goal was to reduce the volume of loans within 6 months and get maximum of the loans to the sale stage. This required co-ordination between different departments and the attorney firms to have their needs and requests processed in fast pace, to reduce the complexities of the requests and one SPOC was assigned per 800- 1000 loans where all the requests from the attorney firms were directed and we in turn co-ordinated with the internal departments and other stakeholders in expediting the request. In 4 months the volume reduced to almost 60% less.

* Specialized Investors Inventory Management was a project that I worked exclusively and was responsible for identifying no loans were missed from the inventory and were captured beforehand so we can add and track them till the sales were completed and reported to the investors. This project was created when loan servicing platforms transition and many of the loans were missed to be properly coded for the Specialized Investors. Manual review and working with BI team and MIS team for 4- 5 weeks. Created specific reports and guidelines to capture and track the loans. Going back and forth with reports creations and evaluation and tracking and validating of loans. All guidelines were created, analyzed approved for the process.

Worked as Interaction Specialist for Citi Bank NA which was a client for the above mentioned Organization.

Assisting the customers over chat to resolve issues faced by them and educating them about the products of client.

Worked mainly on Escalation handling where customers grievances such as late charges or fees were analyzed.
