Understanding of recruitment and selection requirements.

HR OPERATIONS

Assisting management in the creation of new policies and ensuring the overall implementation of HR functions & policies.

Preparation of various HR Reports as desired by Management.

Ensuring timely confirmation of staff & Release the confirmation letter to the concerned employee.

Exit formalities: Conducting Exit Interview, analysing feedback and taking corrective action.

Ensure necessary handover is done before final exit

Calculate the leaves, deductions, any amount due towards the employee and inform the accounts team to settle the employee’s F&F account.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

Employees engagements activities,Birthdays and Festival celebration arrangements.

Handling employee grievance and actively resolving employee issues.

Support Staff at the time of closing, and ensure that all admin support required by them is provided to them.

Communicate with employees on a regular basis and if any issues are raised, inform the respective higher authority

TRAINING

Training need identification as per PMS and Feedback from respective seniors.

Get the training feedback form filled and signed from the Trainees.

Delivery Softskills training to the staff.

PAYROLL

Updating payroll for on roll and off roll employees

Collecting and preparing the monthly payroll data, related to attendance, leave records, overtime payments, new joines, exits etc. and sent inputs to finance.

PF & ESIC new enrollements and monthly Challans generation for statuary compliance.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Define KRA as per business head and communicate same to employees

Recording performance from the employees, in the specified format for approval.

Performance Management and issuing Increment Memos.
