CAREER PROFILE :

I professionally works as a Scaffolding Coordinator (Lead) / Scaffolding Superintendent / Quality Inspector-Scaffold.. I have 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Industry and relevant field.

Ensures the sufficiency of supporting documents (TRA*) accompanying the permits-Task Risk Assessments

Maintains the permits register for the permits issued in various areas

Participates in the interview of Issuing and Performing Authority applicant to established satisfactory knowledge and standards for permit to work training .

Provides valuable input in incident investigations with respect permit to work regulations.

Responsible for ensuring standard and quality of work executed by term maintenance contractor.

Provides daily reports on the jobs in progress and category and number of worked allocated to each job.

Assisting in updating work procedures for all practical aspect of scaffolding works for LNG plant

Organize and directs the safe and efficient maintenance of mobile plant and equipment used for the scaffolding works in accordance with the agreed maintenance and safety procedures.
