•Developed inbound interface in SAP to accept the data from Reed system. This interface uses to update the Leave information in SAP for US & Puerto Rico, Brazil, Canada to continue the payroll. This will set up payments to J&J emp in SAP Payroll system using advice to Pay file sent by Reed.
•Design new PECI inbound integration in SAP to update all HR master data from Workday System. This file contains data of J&J employee end to end process which includes hiring, rehiring, separation, promotion, Termination, Position information, org information, bank details etc. This information uses to continue running payroll for J&J employee in SAP system.
•Implementation of new outbound and inbound Workday cloud integrations in multiple functional areas like Human Capital Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time modules using the SAP ABAP.
•Design more complex payroll process checks & validations using PCC tool to make sure J&J employees receive the correct payroll payments. It is going to implements payroll validations that supports for checking J&J employee’s master data and payroll-relevant data before or after payroll runs. These validations provide data accuracy during employee payments.
•Developed the complex Reconciliation Reports for IDQ to compare data accuracy in between SAP HCM and Workday system for compliance purpose. These reports generate the data and provides to J&J HR and Business teams for validate data accuracy in between both SAP and Workday.
