I welcome students to the school. This is accomplished over the phone or via email, SMS message. I email daily positive emails to students for praise and encouragement. Daily communication with our partners who provide scholarship to students such as corporations, public libraries, and work force organizations.
Pull reports, manipulate the reports, use the date to measure student’s success and use the date to communicate with the students and partners in their progress.
I make and receive 70 or more call per day. Providing 30 hours of talk time per week. I send and reply to 60 text messages per day. I write and respond to emails to partners and students daily. I send bulk email templates to students daily. I communicate with staff and team weekly and monthly to review my goals and to assess my students progress. I communicate with staff via Skype, google hangouts, and zoom daily. I meet with lead teachers weekly, monthly to review my student success plan. I facilitate monthly student friendly webinars.
I monitor my 500 students’ progress while in the high school career certificate program during the 18 months or less that they are enrolled. I communicate with partners in the progress of their client students. I encourage my students. I provide good student tips, create calendars and other tip management tricks to students. I assist with academic support often in all subjects especially career and English. I explain the graduation process to pending graduates. I offer re enrollment and extension options to students. I am the student’s success partner.
