● HR Attrition Model Using Tableau :-

Description: Attrition is the common issue that every company deals with. The goal of HR analytics is to build a model that can help every company to predict whether or not a certain employee will leave as well as identify important factors responsible for leaving. This information is vital for future recruitment and reduction in employee attrition.

Purpose: To Study factors like salary, superior-subordinate relationship, growth opportunities, facilities, policies, and procedures, recognition, appreciation, suggestions by which it helps to identify the attrition level in the organization and factors contributing towards retention.

Outcome:We can conclude that if attrition has to be reduced, industries need to generate some opportunities for the development of the employees within the organisation by implementing new pioneering technologies and effective training programs.

● Garbage Monitoring System Using IOT (3rd Year) :-

Description: Nowadays certain actions are taken to improve the level of cleanliness in the country. People are getting more active in doing all the things possible to clean their surroundings. Various movements are also started by the government to increase cleanliness. The aim is to build a system which will notify the corporations to empty the bins on time.

Purpose : To automate The Process of garbage management reducing human work and enables a cleaner, healthier,safer environment.

Outcome: Built an efficient garbage monitoring system which can be used to monitor the level of garbage in the dump. This data can be further used to plan garbage collection trips more efficiently, reducing overflowing bins and helping have better public sanitation.
