Senior Human Resources Generalist, Harsco Minerals - March 2007 to July 2011. Responsible for Human Resources, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Recruiting for twenty-one manufacturing facilities across the United States and Canada and the corporate office.

Achievements: Successfully negotiated several labor contracts, all which were held to under budget, while freezing pensions, changing healthcare and starting employee contributions for healthcare.

Implemented a new healthcare cafeteria plan across the company; reviewed potential suppliers for the new offering.
