Currently I am working at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. 2W Plant (Vespa/Aprilia) as a Production engineer trainee in Assembly department.
PROJECTS & TRAININGS:
Underwent 6-months training at Diesel Loco Modernisation works, Patiala (January 2020-May 2020) The Scheduled training programme was from 07.01.2020 to 31.05.2020, but could be arranged in Technical Training centre DMW/PTA, from 07.01.2020 to 21.03.2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. During the period training in various shops engaged in manufacturing of Locomotive spares and assembly of locomotive.
Project made: Semi-Automatic Arc Welding Machine at Chitkara University (January 2019-May 2019) The Motive of Project is to develop a technique so as to have uniform bead geometry at all position of welded joint.
Underwent 6-Weeks training at Diesel Loco Modernisation works, Patiala (June 2018-July 2018) Learned about Bogie testing, repairing traction motor, alternator and assembly of Power pack.
Project made: Automatic Dough Maker at Chitkara University (January 2018-May 2018) Preparing dough for chapatis. In this Project flour container with a rotating disc, water tank, water mixer and rotor etc. were used.
Underwent 45-days training at Diesel Loco Modernisation Works, Patiala (June 2017-July 2017) Learned about engine components, different types of test in ALCO LOCO and different types of welding techniques, robotic welding technique and CNC machines.
Project made: Separator at Chitkara University (January 2017-May 2017) Separator is a mechanism which separates sand and gravel. ACHIEVEMENTS:
Academic
AUTO EXPO-The Motor Show, 9th feb 2018 at India Exposition Mart Gr.Noida. Participated in TVS Motor technical Quiz Competition about TVS Bikes and won a Prize.
Award of honour for Co-operation and Academic Excellence Session 2015-2016 at School in class +2.
Participated in Department of Science And Technology Sponsored INSPIRE Internship Science Camp Organized by Government of India, 12th-16th Dec 2014 held at Asian Educational Institute, Patiala.
Was honoured by Mr.Parkash Singh Badal (Former CM of Punjab) for Scoring 86.3% at School in Class 10th . PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
