Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Ensures that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized in a certain industry or government institution.

Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.

Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

Can provide guidance services to referred students and monitors that progress and also conference and consultation among parents with regards to the behavioral concerns of their child; fully documenting the conduct and result of each guidance session.

Can participate in the development, preparation, implementation and evaluation of guidance or counseling program plans, psychological intervention programs and budget appropriations as called for by the unit head.

Can prepare and submit accomplishment reports related to the program and services being implemented by the institution or organization every end of the month.

Whenever necessary, as requested by the unit head, can administer psychological tests, as to job applicants, employer’s emotional and behavioral performances or trait in coordination of the psychometrician if needed and participates in the interpretation and discussion of the results of the test particularly to those who took the test/s.

Can do psychological research or any research which is relevant in solving such issues surrounding the institutional or organizational environment.

Have initiative in endorsing, proposing or presenting innovative ideas or concepts for the improvement of any services within the working environment.

Can assist the unit head/s in preparation of periodic research findings, statistical reports and pertinent processed information concerning programs and services.

Can perform group dynamic activities among people who are diagnosed with psychological disorders or with such a probable condition.

-December 10 to Feb. 15, became as the Drop point supervisor of the warehouse handling 70 persons.

-June 19 to December 10, became the HR- ER, handling 105 employees and performs all HR reports to employees.

Baguio General Hospital

Prepares and conducts group dynamic activities among patients who have psychological and mental disorders which is done twice a day.

Endorses psychological reports among the different psychiatrists in preparation for their behavioral and emotional assessment for the day which is done every other day.

Conducts psychometric tests among the job applicants and patients and interpret after which.

Conducts one- on-one counseling among patients who are depressed and diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

Filing and Sorting of patient’s medical reports as to major to minor acquired illness regarding emotional and behavioral disorders.

Accomplishes all the psychological reports of the nine colleges in the University regarding the results of their students when it comes to verbal & numerical reasoning, English proficiency, and other ability and knowledge tests.
