Candidacy: Bilingual (English – French) – Estate Mediator
Self-identification: Ethnic minority: Italian – Ukrainian - Relocation: Available across Canada, Europe, and Australia
Sir, Madam,
I wish to propose my candidacy for the Estate Mediator vacancy as I genuinely believe I can be of value to your organization. Having worked for various organizations such as Human Rights & Labour Standards Commissions, Federal Unions, in addition to my training as a Police, Insurance, Labour, Health & Safety, Human Rights & Harassment Investigator and Mediator, these have all contributed in establishing my consulting services as I fully appreciate both sides of the employee-employer relationship and spectrum, as well as its applicable laws.
I provide consulting services in both official languages to Management (senior managers, company presidents, and/or their delegates, HR, Lawyers…) and Individuals [B2C and B2B]. These services pertain to Coaching & Guidance on matters related to Labour relations and its applicable laws (Human Rights, Equity and Diversity…), jurisprudence, Investigations, Conflict & Dispute Resolution, and how to offer Superior Customer Service -depending on stakeholder’s risk management assessment.
I also provide clients with leadership skills through coaching -listening, observing, questioning, and brainstorm- to help stakeholders improve their performance and overcome challenges to thrive at an optimal level based on their abilities, skills, and knowledge while empowering them to discover solutions for themselves (new paths) and act accordingly as leaders responsible for their actions. The goal is to Enhance or Create a Culture of Employee Engagement, a Positive working environment, Reduce Turnover, Conflicts & Disputes [labour relations or between organizations – Litigation, Investigations, Mediations], resulting in substantial savings, cost reduction, and client retention.
I create and submit various reports and documents that consist of investigations [Harassment, Injury, Grievance, and Human Rights], feedback, motivational plans, goal setting objectives, reprimand, termination, negotiation, conciliation, mediation, consent to mediate agreements, outcome documents, summaries of dismissal, memorandums of understanding, agreements, defence strategies, non-compete contracts and so forth.
Some people choose a career for various reasons, for me, as a pragmatic problem-solver who is diplomatic, tactful, composed, and mindful, dealing with the above issues is a passion as I view every problem and challenge as an opportunity for growth.
Lastly, having worked with various persons from various cultures, these experiences & opportunities have provided me to learn transcultural insights, further enhancing my professional & personal knowledge & adaptive skills.
As an individual with high standards in regards to Values & Ethics, I am now available and searching for a professional, respectful and enriching environment where my goal is to work with an organization aligned with my assistance in providing modern and positive human resources leadership outlooks. My contribution, expertise, and motivations are based on the organization's success through a shared vision of participatory management, based on a leadership culture of employee recognition, encouragement, and respect.
Sir, Madam, please accept my kind regards.
