Customers can upgrade in the US after they have made their sixth payment or eleventh payment. Customers in China become upgrade eligible when they have been in the program at least 9 months. iUp Rover campaigns, helping the business report to the leadership team how many EMAILS, ASA push and SMS communications were sent, what open rates are for emails, and what percent of those receiving the communications upgraded.
