Make 3D model and workshop drawings for packing and filling machines by Solidworks. Check drawings presentation, dimensional accuracy, tolerances and sections. Assembly machine mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components by SolidWorks to check for any interference and modify mechanical components dimensions to suit various machines capacities and sizes. Responsible to utilise 2D SOLIDCAM modelling software to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings and machining methods and sequences.
Create 2D profile using SOLIDCAM, design tools and simulator to prove parts and components prior to manufacture. Monitoring of spindle position/cutting depth/speed/feed/coolant flow to detect work defects or malfunctions and enter commands or manually adjust machine settings to correct malfunctions/out of tolerance machining. Provide hands on support to CNC operators by programming and setting up a FANUC CNC controlled machines. Responsibilities:
·3D modeling for mechanical components (horizontal and vertical welding mechanism for packing and filling machines).
·Machine design and select motor type and gearbox, like: stainless steel mixer for dry materials.
·Select mechanical components material (steel, Brass, cast iron).
·3D modeling for production lines, (Concrete Batching Plant,Date Washing Drying Machine Line).
·3D modeling for steel platforms, Stairs, Handrail.
·3D modeling for conveying system and Driving, driven pulleys.
·Set steel works parameters for CNC lathe by Solidcam software and generate “G” code.
·Select tools used for milling and turning.
