(May 2019-March 2020) – $40 million (Total portfolio $900M)

● Directed and managed a large scale colo-network build with many vendors (Verizon, NTT-data and TEKsystems) as well as internal architects and engineers. We built a 1GB circuit followed by a 10gb circuit connected from the old Johnson Controls data center.

● Implemented an MPLS, internet connections and installed VM and server hardware, with domain configurations and security.

● Expedited orders from Verizon by going thru cisco, which help improve delivery times.

● Led a large-scale Windows 10 upgrade migration by hiring and managing 40-45 resources with turnover around the country at various plant and corporate locations. In addition, we upgraded 3800/10900 machines in 7 months on a US/Global Scale.

● Thus, these two projects were very key in a 900M transition management office initiative. Sr. Program Manager – Aon Corporation – via Ask Staffing Chicago, IL

● Led a website security initiative project with Sirius and Aon internal security team GSS to develop a security proposal on what kind of MFA tool would be needed for their SharePoint Online Client environment.

● It was determined that Okta MFA would need to be implemented before Aon’s client specific SharePoint migration could be available on the cloud.

● I could see at this point we wouldn’t be able to hit the end of April deadline with the current setup. So, to ensure delivery, I negotiated a discount on 5 new Sharegate licenses and doubled the team size. Resulting in delivering the last site one week before the end of April.

● We also had a scope change of 200 more sites which I was also able to mitigate the risk by delivering ahead of schedule.

● I also advised them to implement a SharePoint site deletion tracking tool. So business users could find out who removed the site in a more efficient manner then pulling up backups. Program Manager – GE Digital – via TEKsystems Chicago, IL

(Sep 2016 – May 2018) – $35million

● Manage a high-profile AWS Cloud Monitoring Project that will eventually be used across GE globally, to track downtime of field agents. These field agents are tied into APM (Asset Performance Mgmt.) BM (Brilliant Mfg.) Product lines in GE Digital.

● This Cloud Monitoring project involved managing architects from GE digital as well as New Relic to produce these vital monitor scripts for GE’s clients.

● Delivered a CI CD Pipeline and Jenkins Project with Chef.io resources using AWS Cloud, so that Linux, Windows, and ubuntu images could be delivered through this pipeline.

● Also, coordinated a smaller export controls project too in which we set up a PMO folder structure in confluence, to be used as a guide for other projects. Enterprise Program Manager –Daimler AG (DTNA)via Extreme Consulting -- Portland, OR (Nov 2014- May 2016) – $22Million

● Completed a Global SharePoint 2007/2010 to SharePoint 2013/Office 365/Azure Cloud migration with onsite and offshore resources in 6 months for 800 sites. Out of the previous 3 project managers, I was the only one to successfully deliver.

● Managed high-quality internal client expectations in a strong political environment, while training and improving quality with a resource team in India.
