LAMONS - USA JUNE 2017 – SEPT 2020 - Sr. Manager Relocated from Europe to oversee and to stabilize operations, improve production process, boost OTD, implement new process to return business to profitable, sustainable growth.

Boosted Quality and CI - Implemented and maintained processes to support the Company Quality Policy, by promoting CI initiatives, well mentoring necessary investigations of internal and external quality issues, coordinate supplier audits, as needed, guidance the necessary actions to efforts to reduce CONC (cost of non-conformance).
