Job Description
As HSES (Health,Safety and Environment Specialist).
• Carries out inspection on work areas and personnel to compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct routine job site inspection identity, report and recommended corrective actions in every
unsafe action.
• Regularly check Fire Fighting and Emergency Rescue Equipment.
• Report to, assist safety supervisor in the overall enforcement of the client approved project specific
Safety and loss prevention program.
• Required changes supplementary instructions and other safety aspects essential to improved the
Existing program.
• Investigate and submit accident/ incident reports, if there is and recommend corrective measure to
prevent re- occurrence.
Advice the Project Management thru his Safety Supervisor, as a result of field safety monitoring on:
1.Ways to improve existing work method to better accident/ incident prevention;
2.Identified and foreseen safety hazard which may affect health and welfare of site employees and their execution of work;
3.Areas of concern at site where stricter control is required for an effective loss prevention & loss control;
Arranged various training courses and tool box talks.
Assuring the contractors activities to be compatible with the project instruction book and the international safety standards.
Framed manual and procedure for quality, safety and environment.
Implemented the quality and environmental procedure in accordance with the international standards.

As Mechanical / Piping Inspector
• Know how to interpret Isometric Drawing and Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS).
• Fit-up, erect, and install pipes, valves and fittings as per plan.
• Do a walkdown or line check of the pipeline system.
• Ensure proper pipe alignment, pipe preparation and maintain good housekeeping within the work-
place.
• Perform various inspection on different equipments used in the projects such as fire fighting, domestic
water supply, plumbing, HVAC, and booster pump, LPG system and Boiler System.
• Knowledgeable in performing start up on various mechanical equipments use in the project.
• Knowledgeable on various standards used in building constructions, such as required by Civil Defense
Department, and other standards to ensure that quality works was implemented on the project.
• Perform inspection and testing on various parts and equipment in the Sewerage Treatment Plant(STP).
• Perform inspection and testing of potable water equipment such as transfer pumps and booster
pumps.
• Familiar in the operation of DCP ( District Cooling Provider).
• Low Pressure Leak Test- LPLT
• Water Flushing and Hydro Testing Inspections
