General Responsibilities-
Responsible for all quality activities related to customers, process and suppliers, managing the activities of OQC, Process Audit, IQC and Test Engineering. Responsible for monitoring and improve the performance indicators (PPM, Scrap, Customers Complaints, Customer Returns, Time to Complaints responses, Samples Approvals…), managing quality of raw material, at internal process and finished goods at customers, giving full support at customers line production and by deeply involvement of internal process engineering, manufacturing and logistics department, also keeping suppliers indicators for continuous feedback, complaints and improvement actions to be taken. Proactively participating on New Products Introduction: samples reports, PPlot, initial production and after sales, evaluation of product modifications, new suppliers and materials homologation, lines and processes certification. For the Environment and Quality Managing System acting as general coordinator (High Management Representant) giving support to the Integrated System, as well acting as Quality and Environment auditor and responsible to follow internal and external auditors during audits of ISO’s bureau’s and customers on the site. Responsible for training and coaching of quality coordinator, quality engineers, quality analysts, technicians and inspectors. Main responsible for new company certification on ISO9001 and 14001, as per all current customers of cell phone and lap tops makers, as Nokia, Motorola, LG, Sony Ericsson, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Positivo, as well for successfully driving automotive assessment based on ISO/TS (Continental).
