I am looking at an opportunity in the Kitchen/Restaurant as a commie /chef. I have about 18 months of work experience in the kitchen, along with a graduate degree in hospitality from IHM Chandigarh a PG diploma in Digital Marketing and I have been running a home bakery from May 2020.
I had been working at Crepe-fe as commi from the June 2020 to January 2021 during the last three months I was also handling the additional responsibility of the GK outlet as store chief. Prior to that I have work with Perch Wine and Coffee bar at the Vasant Vihar, Delhi outlet since October 2018. I am keen to explore a change now and would like to explore the possibility in your hotel as a kitchen personal.

TRAINING: 4 Months
Completed my 4th semester industrial training at The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi as a part of the course, I scored 75% in my report submission and close to 90% in all my appraisal letters. In addition, my work was appreciated by all the chefs, kitchen staff and other colleagues. The executive chef was much appreciative of my hard work and skills in the kitchen.
