Client : QATAR Foundation.

Description: The Main description of this project to maintain a Constant internal temperature of a Middle School regardless of the external conditions. A PLC/HMI based control system that includes 8 No’s of PLC Panels & 1 No of RIO Panel to meet the project specification requirements pre-conditions, interlocks, automatic and manual (local) modes of operation of individual equipment and for plant auto sequence of operation to monitor and control the Chilled Water System, Domestic Cold and Hot Water System, Solar Water System, Fire Water System, Sump System, Electrical System, Fire Alarm System, Fire suppression system & Elevator system.

Project 2:

Project Name : BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Client : RVR Projects.

Environment : Schneider M580, Unitypro XL and Vijeo Citect 7.5

Description: 2 PLCs (Schneider M580) & 6 RTU Panels Equipment Mounting, power and I/O wiring, Cold loop test and Hot loop tests and checking each I/O and Communication through RS-485 connecting with energy Meter and Logic Development and Screen Development for a Building to run AHUs, EFs, FFs, chillers, HWGs to maintain Temperature and RH. I have worked one year on Maintenance of Schneider M580 HSBY PLC & UNITYPRO SCADA version 7.5.

Project Name : TERMINAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Client : INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED(IOCL), GUJARAT.

Environment : AB MICROLOGIX 1400, RS LOGIX 500

Description: 12 PLC(AB M ICROLOGIX 1400) Panels Equipment Mounting, power and I/O wiring, Cold loop test and Hot loop tests and checking each I/O and Communication through RS-485 connecting with energy Meter in RSLOGIX 500.

Project 4:

Project Name : LPG-Rajkot New Mounded Bullets

Client : INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED(IOCL), GUJARAT.

Environment : Schneider M340, Unitypro M and VijeoCitect 7.0

Description: Designing of GA, PD, I/O wiring of PLC (Schneider Modicon-340) Panel according to the IOs (Inputs & Outputs) and wiring schedule in AutoCAD. Marking, Equipment Mounting, power and I/O wiring, Cold loop test and Hot loop tests and checking each I/O and Communication through RS-485 connecting with energy Meter.

Project 5:

Project Name : INSTALLATION & COMMISIONING OF GATEWAY

MODULES AND PLC MODIFICATION.

Client : IOCL, MPPL (MUNDRA to PANIPAT Pipeline).

Environment : GE 90-30 & VERSAMAX PLC, PROFICY MACHINE

EDITION 6.0.

Description: Modbus communication between GE PLC & WEBSCADA. Installed New verasamax, CMM & Gateway modules in Existing GE PLC panels and Developed a logic to send data from GE 90-30 PLC to WEBSCADA.

Project 6:

Project Name : SERCK SCADA, RTUs & HP SERVERS.

Client : PETRONET MHB LTD(A JV OF IOCL & ONGC).

Environment : SCX SCADA and SCX Tools like KP1, Personality Editor,

Flash Manager.

Description: Maintenance of 1 master control station having 2 servers(CCU’s) and 3 control work stations, 3 Remote work stations and 15 RTU’s and to read data from field to shown in SCADA. Troubleshooting of I/O points in RTU and configuration of points & modifications of screens and mimics to show data.

Modbus communication between Honeywell PLC and SERCK RTU, to fetch the data from Honeywell PLC to SERCK SCADA using Modbus protocol and designing MIMICS to show data in SERCK SCADA.

Project 7:

Project Name : CONSTRUCTION OF LIQUID STORAGE YARD.

Client : GSEZ, GABON (MAHATHI INFRA PVT LTD)

Environment : HONEYWELL ML200R, SOFT MASTER.

Description: Designing of GA, PD, I/O wiring of 1 PLC (HONEYWELL 200R),1 RIO, 4 MOV PB Panels according to the IOs (Inputs & Outputs) and wiring schedule in AutoCAD. Marking, Equipment Mounting, power and I/O wiring, Cold loop test and Hot loop tests and checking each I/O using SOFT MASTER.
