WORKING PROFILE:

Having Quantity surveying Billing duties including measurement from Auto CAD drawings and site measurement as per specification.

Responsibilities included Preparing quantity takeoff, handling the labor, daily monitoring the progress, preparation and recommendations to Increase the pace of the project, development of Project proposals, Cost Estimates and Budgets, Timelines and Schedules. Maintaining and update Progress Records produce Monthly Reports and prepare Final Completion Reports.

Project Planning, Estimating and Execution of civil works are my key duties at construction site.

Calculations of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Likes Plaster, Tiles, Paints, false ceiling etc.,

Contractor’s bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing & sanitary systems, water supply & sewage treatment, Electrical etc.

Measurement book writing & checking and maintenance of labour payment & Weekly sub-contractors billing & Monthly client billing.

Maintained logs for RFI's, submittals, substitution requests, contracts, change proposals, and change orders Evaluated change order requests including design changes, specifications and drawing releases and reports status.

Preparing Bar bending schedule (BBS) & Verifying BOQ, Knowledge of Drawings.

Quantity take-off as per IFC drawing to submission of client review and sign-off.

Reconciliation of materials & Rate analysis of extra items & Preparing cost comparison statement.

Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.

True up quantity checking with client’s quantity surveyor for finalization and sign-off.

Verification of contractor’s running & final bills as per contract condition.

Allocation of Muster Roll of the labours.

True up quantity revising as per received revision drawing for re-submission to client and material purchase requesting.

Preparing redline As-build mark up for civil discipline.
