Senior Contract Manager for DHL Logistics supporting Unilever FMCG Account to streamline operations, accelerate delivery of goods, create economies of scale to meet operational goals. MEGADC is the biggest distribution center in the Philippines 84,900 sq. m building, overseeing 3 shifts of 670 personnel; with 97K pallet capacity; 89 truck bays, and 102 workstations. Overall operations responsibility of inbound; outbound, security, HR, quality, facilities, and IT as well as actin liaison to Unilever.

Successfully managed staff of 670 personnel improved overall attendance to a 97% attendance rate by enforcing company attendance policy and holding managers accountable. Successfully implemented KRONOS at my site and our employees were trained reducing exceptions to less than 3%.

Effectively improved overall site daily output moving the account from 150,000 to 200,000 cases per day by reviewing workflow bottlenecks in picking and analyzing KPI reports in WMOS, holding each team member to an hourly expectation of 151 cases per hour, and took action when performance didn't meet the expectation. Improved verification process by monitoring the SLA of third-party providers. Effectively added outbound dock capacity by removing obstructions and organizing docks to accommodate double the containers in each dock.

Improved productivity in the inbound department by reducing staff by 50% by reviewing the workflow and reviewing the sections WMOS KPI's to determine the section was overstaffed and reallocated the staff to the outbound. Improved inbound by setting up standard operating procedures on the unloading and put away process that improved inbound by 25% in the first 30 days after implementation. Expanded the loading bays in the inbound to double the capacity of trucks and containers that could be unloaded.

Efficaciously worked in implementation and acted as a consultant to sites such as P&G, Robinsons, and URC Robina to analyzing and improve productivity in trouble areas. At P&G our collaborative implementation of PRIME set a record global as the fastest and trouble-free implementation second only to Thailand by analyzing all error codes in each module and taking action in areas such as case and bulk picking.

Drove seamless day-to-day operations for this Supply Chain Management (SCM) service provider to support the F-15 and F-15SA military aircraft for the Royal Saudi Air Force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Managed a 28-member team in a 40k square foot facility. Responsible for overall warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, shipping, quality control, hazardous material, fleet/vehicle maintenance, facilities, finance, employee hiring, employee housing, and special projects, while acting as a liaison between government and military agencies.
