• Organic Photovoltaics: The goal was to understand and explore scholarly research for flexible
substrates, materials and its efficiency. These high- power conversion efficiency substrates could be
used to develop photovoltaics and wearable
electronics.
• Manufacturing of flexible display using SAIL:
Self-Aligned Imprint Lithography is a novel
continuous lithographic process that is now a serious contender for manufacturing displays in roll-to-roll configuration. A manufacturing layout is suggested with consideration of materials involved and display properties of 2700ppi at 8K and 120 Hz using
amorphous IGZO.
• Robotic arm with 6 degrees of freedom: Designed
a robotic arm with 6 dof with one prismatic joint and 5 revolute joint. The mechanism was coded using
MATLAB to move end effector at any given point
in 3D space within its dimensional reach.
• EUV for 5nm and smaller FinFet: Aim of the
project is to be able to manufacture 5nm to 3nm
nodes of FinFet that can be used in semiconductor
processors. Suggest design parameters like beam
source, 0.55NA, multi-patterning to optimistically lay foundation to push the nanotechnology of
semiconductors to 1nm nodes.

Earned 226 credits in undergraduate which included a variety of courses integrated to comprehensively look at problems ranging from Mechanical Design Analysis & Development Economics Industrial Automation Electronic Devices & Circuits Robotics Worked on two projects :
• Prototype for autonomous railway track crack
detection: Constructed a working model for a
device that can move over tracks and detect crack
using infrared sensor. Model stops when it detects a crack and reports the GPS coordinates to user, after which it moves ahead.
• CFD analysis of a heat sink: Developed a 3d model of a 28mm heat sink for use in processor cooling.
Derived an analysis between the heat dissipation and flow of air for optimization.
